Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe einige Fragen bezüglich Ihrer Produkte Honigtörtchen, Honigtorte mit Nüssen, Honigkugeln, Honigsnacks und Napoleon Schnitte. 1. Wird bei der Herstellung (auch als Trägerstoff bzw. Lösungsmittel von Aromen und Verpackung) Alkohol in irgendeiner Form und Weise verwendet? Company MARLENKA International s.r.o. declares, that products mentioned under do not contain ethanol. Component margarine, ethylvanilin, nuts aroma, contents propylenglycol. 2. Womit werden die Aromen bzw natürliche Vanillearomen, falls vorhanden, gelöst? (Ethanol?) Rest of used flavours contains maltodextrin (vanilla flavour from white frosting). 3. Können bei der Produktion Kreuzkontaminationen mit anderen tierischen Produkten oder den oben genannten Stoffen ausgeschlossen werden? Welche tierischen Stoffe werden bei der Produktion verwendet? Honey, eggs and pasteurised condensed milk. 5. Sind Ihre Produkte für eine vegetarische oder sogar vegane Ernährung geeignet? Um welche Emulgatoren, falls vorhanden, handelt es sich in Ihren Produkten (pflanzliche oder tierische?) In the margarine component there are emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecitins. In the frosting component there is emulsifier: soy lecitins.
